The system composition:
1. Yoga Workout Modules is the workout catalogue organized according to module-set principle. Sets of exercises from the catalogue are used for studying and mastering the technique of exercises and are used as physical as well as energy warmups in the series of workouts.
2. Yoga Workout Adjustment are the tuning sequences, based on standard breathing series. They are used to optimize the control settings of functional parameters of perception/attention/intention/will.
3. Yoga Workout Quest is the way to compose workout sequences based on the sets of random numerical numbers, which are derived by means of the breathing series randomizing algorythm. It is used to gradually deepen the meditative effect of the practice and actualize an observation in the area of the content of inner layers of conscious.
During the intensive course held in winter you familiarized yourselves with organizing the practice according to the first two points.
This time I will introduce you to the practice series of Yoga Workout Quest mode. The second training day will be fully dedicated to this topic. Also, as much as the one held in Novosibirsk, the spring intensive course in Helsinki will consist of three workout complexes, each containing three practice series, same as professional intensive courses for yoga teachers and coaches. Regardless of that it will be different from the professional ones by intensity level, limited to ´”Basic level + half lotus”, so the event will be feasible for much wider audience than just profies.
